CONSULTATION I will be happy to consult with
you by telephone to help you determine if you would like to schedule an appointment. Day and evening appointments are
available. I can be reached at 347.401.4636. The consultation process may take from one to three sessions. During this time we will explore your reasons for seeking treatment, your history and your treatment goals. At the end of this process, I will provide a verbal assessment and treatment recommendation. If, for whatever reason, we determine that it would be best for you to work with someone else, I will do my best to provide a referral. FEES AND PAYMENTS Fees are determined according to type and duration of treatment. I am a participating provider with the following insurance plans:-
